Our food reflects the passion of our executive Director Chef Dan Wallis (TOE Chef of the Year 2016) who has created a team of award winning chefs focused on quality. Our food includes classic recipes to new-age kitchen adventures, each dish reflects our passion for high-quality food presented in a simple yet pleasing manner.
The Front of House reflects the desire of Hayley Wallis to create areas from casual drinking to fine dining in our Bar, Lounge and Restaurant to meet the needs of our discerning guests.
