The Cross Keys is committed to meeting all the government guidelines to protect our team and our guests.
Remember when visiting us that despite the changes in guidance from July 2021 we want to keep you and our team as safe as possible.
Dining at Our Pub and Restaurant
Whilst dining at our pub and restaurant we have committed to the following.
We confirm we have complied with the governments guidelines on managing the risk of Covid 19.
We continue to manage table distancing to minimise risks.
We have sanitiser points throughout the facility
We are still providing table service only, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your table booking.
We prefer face coverings to be worn except when eating.
We are working on staggered bookings with a 2 hour slot per table
We operate a one way system for entrance and exit of movement.
We have committed to track and trace and are collecting group leader details on booking.
Our toilets are open and we have social distancing measures in place. We expect all of our guests to adhere to good hygiene practice.
We will be keeping the building well ventilated leaving internal doors and some windows open. Please ensure you have enough layers to ensure you keep warm.
Collecting Takeaway Meals.
To ensure the safety of our team and guests we operate a car delivery system and you will not need to enter the building.
The Collection Process
Please arrive at your delivery time and park in the allocated delivery bays.
Please remain in your car with the boot open.
Our team will place the meals in the boot and walk away.
